“How to handle stress!”

Write a paragraph on how you handle stress or on how you stay healthy.

§  Describe what you do and tell why these activities help.

I try to do activities what I really like,. I handle my stress just by doing activities that I liked the most. One of them is doing exercise at the park,. I run about thirty minutes around it. This will help you helps me to clear your mind,  and makes you me feel relaxed. In my free time, I see comedy movies and that makes me laugh a lot,.I do it because I think that laughing is an activity that helps you me to stay healthy, I do it once in a while. It is said that each person has a particular way to handle stress or stay healthy. One of them is playing soccer every Sunday morning in a synthetic field during two hours with my neighbors. This sport helps me to keep my body in good shape physically and mentally as I lose weight and my brain is irrigated continuously with blood. Another activity is reading free online short stories, going to “Amazonas” flea market to buy cheap books and doing researches on the web in English because knowing other realities different from my country through this language gives me the possibility to understand why the world works well. Finally, attending to family meetings and talking to my relatives also help me to keep in touch with human beings as sometimes, we are so workaholic and spend hours in front of a computer doing works alone without human touch. To sum up, all the activities that I mentioned before contribute in some sort of way to handle stress or stay healthy and if I had had more time, I could have looked for new ones..(Cisneros Deza Jorge Luis)
